that can be tailored to meet your unique needs.
A regular service contract is a cost-efficient
method of accessing highly skilled electromechanical
service personnel to augment the
capabilities of a client’s in-house maintenance
staff. This facilitates easier support for the day-today
operations with a complete maintenance
staff, while providing ready access to specialized
disciplines as required.
We also offer assistance with scheduled overhauls
when additional manpower or specialized skills
are required for short-term assignments. Our
highly skilled service personnel arrive onsite
supported by our fully equipped service vehicles.
Our electro-mechanical team is available 24/7 on
an “on-call” basis. This is ideal for companies that
require assistance as needed or that have an
individual assignment.
One of our more popular service packages is
daily shift coverage. This package is designed
around individual clients’ needs. Consideration is
given to the size of operation as well as the
number of maintenance people on staff. Our
clients can then schedule their service employees’
vacations with a minimum of disruption to their
day-to-day maintenance program.
Of course, telephone support is available to our
clients 24/7. If required, an electro-mechanical
technician will be dispatched to resolve service
issues immediately. When you need us,we’re there.
Active Automation fully supports all work with
comprehensive training packages designed to
instill operational or service competence with
your in-house staff. Our trainers are certified by the Packaging
Machinery and Manufacturers’ Institute (PMMI)
and provide custom training programs that will
make your operations and service staff more
proficient and productive.
