Equipment Efficiency and Re-tooling

Eventually all equipment requires modification and upgrades. To make this process as smooth
and disruption free as possible, Active Automation’s engineering team begins the process with a complete system analysis, to determine current capabilities as well as optimum performance parameters. Prior to presenting a proposal we consider such variables as age of equipment, current standards of maintenance, operator capabilities as well as complexity of the upgrades.

Upon completion of this analysis, we present a comprehensive proposal that includes the
recommended upgrades and modifications as well as a schedule of costs and timelines.

A unique feature of our proposal is a series of recommendations focused on preventive
maintenance in two categories; firstly, work that can be done more cost-effectively in conjunction
with the project scope and secondly, potential problems that will require attention in the future.
