Our engineering team starts the process with developing an in-depth comprehension of the client’s requirements and ultimate goals. This analysis determines what the current capabilities of the client are, versus the optimum target. We consider the age of equipment, available utilities, materials used, maintenance and operational capabilities, and many other key components before presenting concept drawings. A Solidworks 3D model is then presented to ensure that pen has properly met paper.

The functionality of the concept is thoroughly discussed and where applicable, animation will show the overall capability of the concept. Upon completion of the conceptual stage, a comprehensive quotation will be presented. This quotation will include the scope of work to be completed, equipment to be supplied, proposed timelines as well as the cost of the project.

Once the client has signed off on the concept, a detailed scrutiny of raw materials is performed in addition to a further analysis of performance improvements as we manage the project through fabrication to completion.
