Our solution
A local fresh vegetable producer had purchased a machine from an OEM that was a new product development. The OEM had promised a certain level of performance and in the 18 months prior to our involvement our client had spent additional capital and committed significant internal resources. The client was at a point of frustration and lack of interest in the machine, in several investigational meetings we were able to define the scope of work, reiterate it back to the client and provide a commitment guarantee that we would see the project to fruition.
