Vertical Cartoner Bottle Loader

A local Cosmetic company brought a project to our attention where they wished to automate the bottle loading of their vertical cartoner.  During the engineering phase of the project the client’s marketing department changed the carton to include a large mylar product display window.  This window was in a position that would not allow for a consistent carton feed.  Our engineers quickly determined that the best solution would be to invert and reverse the carton.  This in turn caused us to immediately change our loader design, in which the bottle would have to be inverted as well!  Take a look at our solution.
